With a doctorate in Healthcare Administration and Organizational Leadership, she has led critical care teams through some of the most challenging moments in modern medicine—including the COVID-19 pandemic—and helped shape the future of nursing practice across the country.Known for her courage, clarity, and compassion, Mila’s leadership was never about climbing ladders.
